Policies

Vehicle Storage

Due to limited space and the nature of vintage Land Rover work, projects may experience delays while awaiting components. Once your vehicle is completed, we require pickup and payment within 48 hours. Vehicles remaining beyond this timeframe will incur storage fees of $50 per day (outdoor) or $100 per day (indoor) until collected.


Pick-Up & Drop-Off

We offer convenient after-hours service using our secure key drop box located at the front of the building. When dropping off, please include your name and phone number with your keys. If the front parking is full, additional parking is available in the rear. For after-hours pickup, you will be provided with a secure access code and assigned a lockbox.


Prepayment & Billing

All special order parts and projects exceeding $5,000 require a 50% deposit before work begins. For larger projects, billing is completed bi-weekly for work performed. Timely payment is required to keep your project moving forward. Work will pause on overdue accounts.
